We offer customised digital solutions for both B2B and B2C clients. Each engagement is unique and defined by a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“Project Agreement”).
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed. Additional support, maintenance, hosting, or third-party services may be arranged under separate terms.

Payments are typically structured as:
Custom plans may be arranged.
Payments via bank, credit card, or digital gateway. Accepted currencies: GBP, USD, EUR.
Invoices due in 14 days. Late payments may incur interest (8% above UK base rate) and recovery fees.
We retain ownership until full payment. After payment, you own the final deliverables.
You are responsible for necessary licenses unless otherwise agreed.
Quotes include 1-2 revision rounds. Additional changes may extend timelines and add costs.
Both parties agree to confidentiality unless required by law or with mutual written consent. NDAs available on request.
We strive for quality but cannot guarantee error-free results, especially with third-party tools. We are not liable for indirect loss or data issues caused externally.
Standard support: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 GMT. 30-day post-delivery bug support. SLAs available separately.
14 days' notice or immediate termination for breach. Work completed will be invoiced; advance may be partially refunded.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Governing law:
Disputes resolved by negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.
Terms may change. We'll notify clients of material updates before enforcement.
